October: New reality or temporary changes?

Many people are returning to pre-pandemic activities; others are planning to do so «when this is all over and we’re back to normal”. Does anyone know for sure what is going to happen in two months? Six months? A year? The reality is that this is the only certainty: nobody knows. We do not even know if what we are living is still just handling a crisis, or constant but temporary changes, a momentary stability or simply a new reality. While issues such as health concerns, flexible exchange policies and preferences in the accommodation are seen as transitory adjustments, other changes such as the increase of digital nomads, the need for personalization and immediacy in the service and the digitalization in payments are perceived as permanent.
